We'll email notes from our call and either collect a refundable Good Faith Deposit for hotel & destination recommendations, or a non-refundable planning fee for custom itinerary services.
This is where we shine! We turn your vacation vision into personalized hotel recommendations in 1-3 business days, and an additional 1-2 weeks for a custom itinerary full of excursions and logistics.
Here's where you share your feedback on the proposal or give us the green light to book. We will collaborate on any changes, and then send for your approval before we make the bookings for you.
Bookings outside our standard scope may incur additional fees. This includes group size, complexity, multiple rounds of revisions, and rescheduled or canceled trips. We provide full transparency prior to any fees and won't ever charge without your approval.
For hotel bookings, we'll VIP you with the hotel a week before your departure, conveying any special requests and reconfirming VIP perks. For custom itineraries, we'll deliver your itinerary in a mobile app.
